Stepping Into Data, Cloud, and Modern Platform Leadership

This phase was the turning point—where I shifted from traditional application work to leading large-scale, cloud-native data ecosystems. At Bechtel, I was exposed to enterprise data integration at full scale: ADF, Informatica, SOA, hybrid pipelines, and the fundamentals of data modelling and modern ETL. Driving migrations for 100+ projects and modernizing legacy workflows honed both my architectural awareness and my ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives.

These years built my technical depth and leadership discipline—treating pipelines as products, enforcing reliability, and setting the operational standards engineers could depend on.

It became the foundation for my current role leading the Enterprise Data Platform: a cloud-first environment with 600+ pipelines across ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Snowflake, Airflow, and multi-cloud data sources.

This is where I stopped maintaining systems—and started leading the platforms that power the business.
