A Journey from Hands-On Support to Leading High-Impact Data Engineering Operations.

My career has been a steady climb through increasingly complex systems, responsibilities, and technologies—shaped by hands-on learning, continuous evolution, and leadership built through real-world challenges.

My Professional Journey

I began in frontline support, mastering the fundamentals: troubleshooting under pressure, communicating with clarity, and solving problems with discipline. Those early years built the instincts and customer-first mindset that every engineer needs.

From there, I moved into large-scale operations—monitoring healthcare systems, managing servers, and learning how reliability is engineered. This is where I first stepped into leadership, managing teams, improving processes, and supporting high-stakes interfaces across thousands of sites.

The next phase opened the door to the modern data world. I immersed myself in cloud platforms, data integration, ETL, hybrid architectures, and large-scale migrations. At Bechtel, I shifted from maintaining applications to enabling platforms, developing the architectural awareness and operational discipline that define effective data leaders.

Today, I lead the data operations engine of a global enterprise—running 600+ pipelines, guiding a high-performance team, and owning the uptime, quality, reliability, and continuous evolution of a cloud-native data ecosystem. This is where technical depth, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking intersect—and where my journey continues to grow.

From support → to systems → to data → to platforms → to leading modern data operations at scale.
