Problem solver. People-first data operations leader.

The Professional Me

I’ve built my career on problem-solving—breaking down complex issues, tracing them to the root, fixing them cleanly, and ensuring they never come back. I’m not the most “textbook technical” person in the room, but I’m the analytical one who spots patterns fast, simplifies chaos, and restores clarity when systems or pipelines drift off course. Clear communication and stakeholder alignment have always been strengths I rely on, helping me translate technical challenges into decisions the business understands and trusts.

More analytical than technical - I don’t just work with tech.

I dissect it, simplify it, and make it work flawlessly.

Operational thinking comes naturally to me. I believe strong data platforms are built on observability, preventive design, and proactive checks that catch issues long before they become incidents. I’m always pushing monitoring to the left, strengthening guardrails, automating repetitive work, and creating visibility that keeps teams ahead of problems—not reacting to them. I learn quickly, adapt easily, and bring an innovative, practical mindset to every challenge.

Above all, I lead with a people-first approach. I support my team, give them space to grow, and guide them through hands-on learning and real-world situations rather than theory. And I take pride in running stable, predictable, high-impact data operations—connecting people, processes, and technology into platforms that quietly perform at scale and power the business every day.

Data & Pipelines pay the bills;

cricket, cooking, travel, and music keep me alive.

Me As A Person

When I’m not deep in data pipelines, I’m usually chasing a cricket ball somewhere. I’m proudly old-school: I would watch good Test match over a 20-20 any day. And, I’d rather play cricket than watch it—because at least on the field, I can pretend I’m still young and athletic.

Music is my daily charger. My playlist is basically a time machine stocked with Kishore Kumar, Rafi, Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu, and Arijit. If you ever hear me humming while debugging something… no you didn’t.

Cooking is my happy place. I take it very seriously—sometimes more seriously than my actual work. I love experimenting, especially when the end result has a high chance of impressing (or shocking) family and friends. And when I’m not cooking, I’m probably traveling, clicking too many photos, and convincing myself they look professional.

In short: I’m a data operations guy by profession, but a cricket enthusiast, music addict, travel bug, amateur photographer, and passionate chef by heart.
